Invented by Larry Bermel of Java, SD. Manufacturing rights purchased by Cook & Beals, Inc. in 2008.

After further development and 1 year of field testing, this machine is ready to go to work.

First, the box is lifted by and air cylinder through scrapers to clean the interior. The second stage of the cycle, another air cylinder moves a pair of blades in and out to scrape the frame rest. The box then returns to the start position.

The completed, scraped box is removed and another box can be inserted. The full cycle time is approximately 10-15 seconds. The box is not scraped hivetool clean, but it won't be late for work either.

No electricity required - all air controlled.
